Responsibilities

Lead and oversee organizational operations, ensuring systems, processes, and resources align with strategic objectives.
Executive Decision Support
Provide analysis, recommendations, and insights to enable data-driven decision-making for the leadership team.
Operational Excellence
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact.
Meeting Facilitation
Plan and manage executive meetings, ensuring actionable outcomes and alignment.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as a bridge between departments, ensuring seamless communication and operational coordination.
Project Oversight
Manage high-impact projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Organizational Pulse
Keep a finger on the pulse of the organization, identifying challenges and opportunities proactively.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing the vision and priorities of the executive team.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
10+ years in operational or strategic leadership roles, with experience as a Chief of Staff or VP of Operations strongly preferred.
Skills
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Tools
Proficiency in executive reporting, project management tools, and financial analysis platforms.
