Position: Head of Autonomous Networks Global Responsibility: Delivering to CSPs & OEMs Infinite is seeking a dynamic and visionary senior leader to join our Services Organization as Head of Autonomous Networks. This strategic role, based in Noida, carries global responsibility for shaping, delivering, and scaling next-generation network automation and intelligence solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. As the global leader for Autonomous Networks, you will define strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation initiatives that enable Infinite’s customers to harness AI, automation, and orchestration to build the intelligent networks of the future. Set the Vision & Strategy: Define and implement Infinite’s global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends. Drive Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions. Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures. Represent Infinite in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks. Qualifications & Experience Proven Expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions. Track Record of Success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution. Business & Commercial Acumen with a strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes. Educational Background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; The Head of Autonomous Networks will play a pivotal role in shaping Infinite’s next phase of growth and industry leadership: Directly contribute to Infinite’s ambition to scale its Telecom and Digital Infrastructure business globally, driving revenue expansion and long-term client partnerships. Market Leadership: Position Infinite as a thought leader and trusted partner in the Autonomous Networks space, influencing industry standards and accelerating adoption of intelligent networks. Client Transformation Partner: Enable CSPs and OEMs to unlock new revenue streams, achieve operational excellence, and deliver superior customer experiences. Global Talent Leadership: Build and inspire distributed teams across India, LATAM, North America, and EMEA—strengthening Infinite’s global delivery footprint. Embed AI/ML and automation into the fabric of Infinite’s services, ensuring sustained differentiation and competitive advantage.
