Job Title:  Interior Designer Location: About Us: Haus of Homez is a DPIIT recognized start-up by the Government of India, specializing in creating exquisite and tailored modular solutions. With an integrated design-to-installation service, featuring in-house design, advanced production, and skilled installation, we are committed to delivering top-notch quality and impeccable craftsmanship. We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop creative and innovative design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts.
Create detailed design plans, including material specifications and cost estimates.
Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and to resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
Prepare project cost estimates and provide pricing information to customers
Prepare accurate estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and related plans for each project
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in Modular Designing would be an advantage.
