We are looking for a B2B Sales Associate with proven HRTech sales experience to drive growth and build strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities● Drive B2B sales for our AI Recruitment Platform by reaching out to HRs, CHROs, and key decision-makers.● Lead end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.● Deliver on revenue generation targets and business growth objectives.● Execute SaaS sales strategies tailored to client needs and industry demands.● Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.● Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.Required Skills & Qualifications● 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales within HRTech / SaaS.● Must have successfully sold HRTech products to clients.● Strong expertise in lead generation, SaaS sales cycles, and consultative selling.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Ability to manage high-value accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
