This role is pivotal to Oditly’s growth strategy. As a Sales Manager , you will independently manage your territory, identifying and closing high-value opportunities while working closely with internal teams to align efforts. You will lead the charge in engaging senior decision-makers across industries, positioning Oditly as their trusted partner in achieving operational excellence.
Strategic Sales Planning
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve defined goals for your territory.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Build a detailed territory plan that aligns with Oditly’s overall sales and growth objectives.
- Proactively source and qualify leads through outbound activities, inbound inquiries, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with clear next steps and timelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to maximize the potential of campaigns and leads.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and client needs.
- Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, establishing Oditly as their trusted partner.
- Build long-term relationships by providing value beyond the initial sale, focusing on client success.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Leverage CRM systems and analytics tools to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Operate autonomously, taking full responsibility for managing your schedule, priorities, and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of your territory.
- Deliver consistent results with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong self-management skills.
Experience and Expertise
- 5-8 years of proven experience in SaaS B2B sales, consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling solutions to C-level executives and large organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
- Tech Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for diverse industries.
- Independent Operator: Comfortable working solo, managing time and tasks effectively to drive results.
- Analytical Mindset: Metrics-driven approach to evaluating performance and improving processes.
- Selling to industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, or real estate.
- Knowledge of MarTech, workflow automation, or operational software is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-growing SaaS companies.
