Location: Kolkata - Work from office Relevant Experience: 5–7 Years in enterprise software sales (B2B) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise software sales, manage government bids, and lead pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales , tender management , and solution-based selling to enterprise and government clients. Requirements 5–7 years of proven experience in enterprise software (B2B) sales . Strong background in government tendering , bid management, and GeM portal bidding . Experience in pre-sales – requirement analysis, RFP responses, and product demonstrations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for enterprise-grade software solutions . Lead bid management and tender submissions for government software projects, including participation via the GeM portal . Conduct requirement analysis , coordinate with technical teams, and prepare RFP/RFI responses. Deliver software product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise and government stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sector organizations. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure smooth deal closure and handover. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging government IT opportunities.
