We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive growth across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only identify new business opportunities but also lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.Job Title : Business Development ManagerJob Locations : Preferred Kolkata but open to PAN IndiaYears of experience : 7+Employment Type : Full timeNotice Period : Immediate joiner - 30Days (Notice period)Key Responsibilities :●Technical Acumen: Good understanding of cybersecurity services (e.g., firewall, endpointsecurity, VAPT, SIEM).● CRM & Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc.● Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.● Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure performance, productivity, and goalalignment.● Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.● Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop tailored cybersecuritysolutions for clients.● Establish and manage partnerships with B2B resellers, distributors, and key stakeholders.● Monitor team KPIs, forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to seniorleadership.● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.● Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.● Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
