The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, tender management, and solution-based selling to enterprise and government clients.Requirements5–7 years of proven experience in enterprise software (B2B) sales.Strong background in government tendering, bid management, and GeM portal bidding.Experience in pre-sales – requirement analysis, RFP responses, and product demonstrations.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities for enterprise-grade software solutions.Lead bid management and tender submissions for government software projects, including participation via the GeM portal.Conduct requirement analysis, coordinate with technical teams, and prepare RFP/RFI responses.Deliver software product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise and government stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sector organizations.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure smooth deal closure and handover.Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging government IT opportunities.
