We are seeking a proactive, experienced and client-oriented Senior Key Account Manager/ Client Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on managing relationships with corporate clients. This role is central to maintaining and expanding client engagements in areas including business information services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a proven ability to understand client needs, gather feedback, and drive account growth through effective farming and upselling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring all client needs and requirements are met, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Feedback Collection : Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery and address any issues proactively.
Account Growth : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize account value and deepen client relationships.
Service Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that client service delivery is coordinated and meets the high standards expected by corporate clients.
Contract Management : Manage and oversee client contracts to ensure compliance and timely renewals, negotiating terms as necessary.
Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular reports on account status, client feedback, upselling, and account performance to senior management.
Market Awareness : Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and offer competitive solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or Master's is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably within financial services, credit management, or business information sectors.
Strong understanding of corporate client management and the ability to manage large accounts effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with key stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
