Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager at Claro Energy in New Delhi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and services that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose solutions
- Experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of solar energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
