Location: Bangalore
Experience Range: 10 to 15 years
Job Description:
Desired Competencies:
- Project/Program management
- Excel (Pivot, Formulas, Charts)
- PowerPoint - Customer orientation must have worked with customer and presented business reviews
- Problem management - People management
Good To Have:
- Certified Scrum Master
- PMP Certified
Expectations From The Role:
- Lead and manage the incident response process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents, drive process improvement initiative.
- Work closely with problem management to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Serve as the primary point of contact for incident communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed and updated.
- Able to derive and present SLA metrics and KPIs. Ability to manage multiple teams effectively ensuring required KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Prepare excellent PowerPoint presentations for business review meetings with customers, able to present and conduct business review meetings effectively and independently
