Business Development Specialist- Saas Solution

The Vital, an all-in-one Shopify business solution, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or Shopify ecosystem. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales for our Shopify app.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Develop Opportunities: Target Shopify store owners, e-commerce businesses, and SMBs for The Vital app.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections through consultative selling and a deep understanding of The Vital’s features 

Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and market trends.

Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling product demos and proposals to potential clients.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about Shopify trends and The Vital’s evolving features to communicate value effectively.

Client Success: Collaborate with the customer success team for seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data using CRM tools.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the e-commerce, Shopify, or relevant Saas tools space.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of SaaS models, e-commerce platforms, and customer engagement strategies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in selling Shopify or e-commerce apps.

Familiarity with sales automation tools and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
