Role: Intern-UX Research


We’re a team of tinkerers, builders, and dreamers dedicated to making car ownership accessible, simple, and delightful. We’re looking for a UX Research Intern to tackle growth challenges across the product journey, from initial concepts (0 to 1) to market success (10x to 100x). Location : Sector 48, Gurgaon

Work mode : Hybrid (3 days from office)

Internship Duration : 6 months

Stipend- 30k/Month


Key Responsibilities

  • User Research : Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, both telephonic and in-person, to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analysis : Analyze research data to extract meaningful insights and present recommendations to design and product teams.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, analysts, UX team members, and engineers to integrate research findings into product development.
  • Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of research processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure clarity and support knowledge sharing.


Work Experience and Educational Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in research methods and tools, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch,etc.) is a plus
  • User Understanding: Deep empathy for users with a keen ability to understand their needs and experiences.
  • Communication & Adaptability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving challenges
