**About the Role**
You will be responsible for closing deals with customers after they visit the retail hub, dealing with negotiations and payment managements as required.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Calling the customer after their hub visit, quoting the price and handling any negotiations in order to make the sale.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
- Managing payments and maintaining a detailed report
- Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant work experience in sales
- Graduate degree
- Good verbal communication skills - English and Marathi.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
