General Manager Business Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B General Manager to drive growth within our car rental & employee transporation business. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Process: Effectively present and communicate the value proposition of our car rental services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Close deals and ensure timely contract execution.
- Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation and brand building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
