The Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient management of daily activities. This role demands multitasking, organization, and prioritization in a dynamic environment, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the CMD, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
- Communication Management: Handle CMD's communications, including screening calls, emails, and letters, and drafting responses when necessary.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring documents and correspondence are handled discreetly.
- Reports & Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations using various software tools, as required by the CMD.
- Senior Management Coordination: Liaise with senior management to ensure the CMD is well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Meeting Participation: Attend meetings with the CMD, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist the CMD with special projects, including data analysis, report generation, and recommendations.
- Travel: Must be open to travel, with occasional visits to the plant (once/Twice a month).
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
