About the role of National Sales Manage r The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for succes s. Responsibiliti es Develop & implement effective sales strategie s. Establish productive & professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accoun ts Negotiate & close agreements with large custome rs Monitor, analyse performance metrics & suggest improvemen ts Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales forecas ts Perform research &identify new potential customers and new market opportuniti es Provide timely & effective solutions aligned with clients’ nee ds Liaise with Marketing, Operations and Product Development departments to ensure brand consisten cy Stay up to date with new services and ensure relevant team members are on boa rd Extensive travel as necessa ry Skillset s: Fluency in Englis h, Extensive CRM experien ce Excellent MS office operating skil ls Extensive knowledge on feed and food sector, organic/food safety certificati on Analytical skil ls Demonstratable achievement against Quo ta Hunting for new client s. Qualificatio ns Post-graduation in Agriculture/Scien ce Min 10 years in sales function, out of which min 5 years in TIC sect or Reporting to Regional Commercial Director, UK
