Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist (B2B) who thrives in direct client interactions . This is not a desk-only sales role – it requires meeting clients face-to-face, pitching our product, conducting demos, and closing deals . You will represent ReNote AI directly to corporates, institutions, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound B2B sales through client meetings, cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule and attend in-person client meetings to pitch ReNote AI notebooks and AI solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations at client offices/events to showcase product value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, and procurement heads .
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Work closely with marketing/product teams to provide client feedback and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain sales reports, lead status, and client interactions in CRM tools..
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound B2B field sales (SaaS, tech products, or corporate gifting/stationery preferred).
- Strong experience in client-facing roles, presentations, and direct pitching .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory (for daily client visits/meetings within Hyderabad).
- Comfortable with frequent travel/field visits in Hyderabad and nearby cities.
- Ability to independently handle the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → meeting → pitching → closing).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
