We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound sales campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted outreach plans aligned with business objectives and customer profiles
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound sales campaigns
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Coach team members on best practices in outbound sales
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
