Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets through outbound calls.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to product knowledge, process improvements, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
