Job Title: Team Leader – International Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Team Leader – International Voice Process to manage and drive performance for an international customer support process. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in team management, escalation handling, and KPI-driven performance delivery in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team in an international voice process.
  • Manage BPO metrics: Attrition, Shrinkage, FCR, NPS, BQM, CSAT, SLA adherence, Escalations.
  • Drive performance management through coaching, feedback, and reviews.
  • Handle client interactions, escalations, and business reviews.
  • Ensure team adherence to schedules and process compliance.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate with 3+ years total BPO experience and minimum 1 year as a Team Leader – Ops (International Voice Process).
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and reporting skills (MS Excel, Word).
  • Must have International Voice Process experience only.
  • Open to 24*7 rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
