About the course:
The Chief Technology Officer Programme by ISB Executive Education is a 24-week journey crafted by expert ISB faculty and is designed to aid CTOs in finessing their leadership & technical skills sets to prepare for the challenges & opportunities of the decade. It’s developed by the No. 1 B-school in India* to help technology leaders explore strategy, ideation, and adaptation in the technology and tech-associated disciplines.

About Success Coach:
The Success Coach is a seasoned industry expert who enhances participants' learning experience by providing subject matter insights and personalized guidance throughout the program. Ideal candidates will possess relevant industry experience, in-depth knowledge of the program's subject areas, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in teaching, mentoring, or similar instructional roles.
This is a remote contractor position for 24 weeks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferably) in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional Experience : Strong experience in coaching, mentoring, or facilitating executive education programs, preferably for senior technology leaders like CTOs, CIOs, or Heads of Technology.
Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation , enterprise technology , and innovation management , with a solid understanding of emerging technologies like AI , machine learning , blockchain , and cybersecurity .
- Technical and Industry Skills : Familiarity with topics such as digital innovation , enterprise architecture , IT investments , and technology strategy .
Experience in managing and optimizing digital supply chains , IT operating models , and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Soft Skills : Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enhancing student engagement , collaborative learning , and professional development .
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools like Zoom for live webinars.
- Preferred Experience : Prior experience in executive coaching or mentoring C-suite professionals in sectors like IT , consulting , telecommunication , and BFSI . Exposure to ISB Executive Education or similar high-impact online programs targeting senior technology leaders.
Responsibilities of the Programme Leader include but are not limited to:
-Facilitation of Interactive Live Webinars:
- Lead engaging and interactive live webinars via zoom aimed at stimulating student learning and fostering active participation.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and multimedia resources to ensure effective delivery of course material.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement and knowledge retention.
- Student Support and Engagement:
- Monitor student discussions and forums, actively engaging with participants to address queries, concerns, and facilitate meaningful dialogue.
- Respond promptly to individual and group inquiries regarding program content, assignments, and related topics, demonstrating a commitment to student success and satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and support to students, serving as a resource for academic and professional development throughout the duration of the Programme.
- Collaborative Problem Solving:
- Work closely with the Emeritus team to identify and address program-related challenges, leveraging collective expertise to implement effective solutions.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to assess program performance, share insights, and strategize initiatives for program enhancement and optimization.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Proactively identify opportunities for program improvement, suggesting modifications and enhancements to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine course content, instructional materials, and delivery methods, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
