About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Specialist to drive growth and expand our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling.
- Conduct regular cold calls to generate potential leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and individual learners.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients in the K9 and K12 segments and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
