As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure top-notch service for our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer support team.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Develop support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate support staff performance.
- Implement processes to track, report, and improve customer service metrics.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Requirements:
