Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Journey Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). As a Customer Journey Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data to gain insights into their behaviors and preferences. You will be responsible for preparing reports and dashboards using CJA to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders within the organization
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Utilize Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards on customer journey analytics to stakeholders across different departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytics requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer journey analytics and recommend improvements accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years proven experience working with Adobe Analytics and 2+ years experience in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and knowledge on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and dashboards using CJA or similar analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
