**Adobe Analytics - JD**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business goals, Visitor behavioral KPIs. Create measurement plan, Solution design document and technical specifications for Adobe Analytics implementation.
- Configure rules in Tag Management systems such as Adobe tags, Tealium, Ensighten, GTM etc.
- Develop and execute strategies that leverage Adobe Analytics capabilities to enhance visitor behavioral tracking, channel attribution.
- Create reports in Adobe Analysis workspace and deliver insights and recommendations to improve/ optimize data collection in Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated project management experience: the ability to work with stakeholders to finalize requirements, create project plans, establish and communicate SLA s, and to work with multiple business and technical stakeholders to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

**Experience/ Skills**:

- 4- 16 yrs experience in Digital Analytics.
- Experience in using atleast one of the Tag Management Systems such as Adobe Tags, Tealium IQ or Ensighten
- Conceptual understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud. Hand on experience in AEP and CJA is desired.
- Experience with platforms such as Customer 360 or Omnichannel Customer Engagement or Customer Data platform.
- Knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Adobe Target - JD**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute personalization and optimization tests using Adobe Target to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop test hypothesis, create test plans, define and track success metrics.
- Analyze test results and user behavioral data to provide insight and recommendations.
- Configure and manage Adobe Target across multiple websites. Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement experiences in Adobe Target.
- Develop and execute strategies that leverage Adobe Target capabilities to enhance visitor experience.
- Monitor and optimize Adobe Target campaigns to improve ROI.

**Experience/ Skills**:

- 4- 10 yrs. experience in Adobe Target.
- Strong background in A/B, MVT testing and CRO.
- Experience in using atleast one of the Tag Management Systems such as Adobe Tags, Tealium IQ or Ensighten
- Conceptual understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud. Hand on experience in AEP and CJA is desired.
- Experience with platforms such as Customer 360 or Omnichannel Customer Engagement or Customer Data platform.
