We are currently seeking a CX One Solution Engineer-DFO to join one of our esteemed clients in the insurance sector. This role will be based in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

As a CXOne Solution Engineer – DFO, you’ll have the opportunity to design and implement state-of-the-art digital-first omnichannel solutions for a leading organization. You will be responsible for creating seamless, scalable solutions that improve both customer engagement and operational efficiency. If you’re a problem solver with a passion for technology, this role offers the perfect platform for you to excel and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical/service role within software, telecommunications, or contact center environments.
At least 1 year of experience working with CXOne Studio or similar technologies (DFO channels such as Chat, SMS, Email, Social Messaging, and Chatbot).
Strong technical proficiency with RESTful/SOAP API and Object-Oriented Analysis/Object-Oriented Design methodologies.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing digital omnichannel solutions.
In-depth knowledge of integration platforms and systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Amelia.
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS, and understanding of security best practices.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, driving change and fostering relationships in a matrixed environment.
Experience in Agile development methodology, SDLC, and Dev Ops practices for enhanced automation and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
