Role Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Science Engineer to develop and optimize Generative AI models and solutions that enhance our offerings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and abstract thinking to build AI-driven solutions for the CX industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing, model training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements and integrate AI technologies into our service offerings.
  • Research and implement the latest Generative AI techniques and tools to keep our solutions at the cutting edge of technology.
  • Evaluate the performance of AI models and refine them to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver enhanced user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models (Experience in building GenAI products or models will be a plus).
  • Proficient in programming with Python and familiar with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
  • Demonstrable experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying scalable AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
