Job Title: Jewellery Sales Consultant – Fine Jewellery & Polki Diamonds

Location: Dhanmill, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time | In-store

Reporting To: Store Manager / Sales Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking an elegant, articulate, and knowledgeable Jewellery Sales Consultant to represent our fine jewellery and Polki diamond collections. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a luxury experience to clients while guiding them through meaningful, high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Sales
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a personalized approach to every client.
  • Educate clients on Polki diamonds, fine jewellery details, craftsmanship, and care.
  • Assist clients through the entire purchase journey – from selection to billing and after-sales.
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business, special orders, and referrals.
  • Build and manage a personal clientele book with regular follow-ups and appointments.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Polki diamonds , gemstones, cuts, settings, and metals.
  • Stay updated with current collections, new arrivals, pricing, and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure impeccable product presentation and display as per brand guidelines.
Sales Targets & Reporting
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report individual and store sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Visual Merchandising & Store Operations
  • Support visual merchandising standards with attractive, clean, and secure displays.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and damage control procedures.
  • Ensure the store remains organized, luxurious, and client-ready at all times.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury or fine jewellery sales ( Polki diamond expertise preferred ).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of 4Cs, Polki craftsmanship, Indian bridal trends, and traditional jewellery.
  • A polished, confident presence with a deep understanding of luxury client service.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and festive seasons.
