Job Description:

We are hiring passionate, customer-friendly and target-driven individuals for our premium jewellery stores – Tanishq and Mia by Tanishq.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store.
  • Provide detailed information about products, offers, and schemes.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets.
  • Maintain store hygiene and display standards.
  • Handle billing, stock, and inventory processes as needed.
  • Ensure excellent post-sale customer service and support.
  • Involvement in BTL Activities
Skills Required:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and presentable with a customer-first attitude
  • Willing to learn about jewellery products and Tanishq standards
  • Prior retail/jewellery/luxury sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
