Job Description

We have openings for Travel Sales Consultant (Domestic)

- Salary- 10000 /- to 30000 /- in Hand + incentives (10000/- to 22000/- for Non Travel Experience Background AND 10000 to 30000 for Travel Sales Background)
- Gender Preference : Male / Female both can apply
- No. Of Vacancy : 100 Candidates
- Note- Minimum experience : Required 6 months experience into Same Travel Domain Domestic Market , Credit Card Sales , Insurance Sales OR Any Sales Domain
- Qualification:- Any Graduate ORPursuing
- Location:- Subhash Nagar Near Subhash Nagar Metro Station
- Shift Timings : 11 A.m - 8 P.m (6 Days Working with Rotational Week off in between Tuesday - Saturday)
- As Sunday / Monday is compulsory working (Exceptions are allowed)

Duties & Responsibilities Travel Sales Consultant (Domestic)

1. Customer Enquiries & Sales

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries for domestic travel packages.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable itineraries, hotels, and transport options.
- Prepare and share customised travel quotes.

1. Itinerary Planning

- Design and finalise domestic travel itineraries, ensuring the best routes, attractions, and experiences.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport vendors for bookings.

1. Sales Target Achievement

- Promote and upsell travel packages, add-on services, and special offers.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

1. Booking & Documentation

- Manage bookings for flights, trains, hotels, and sightseeing.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate records.

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
- Handle post-travel feedback and resolve customer complaints promptly.

1. Market Awareness

- Stay updated on domestic travel trends, pricing changes, and new destinations.
- Suggest new packages based on market demand.

1. Team & Vendor Coordination

- Work closely with operations, accounts, and vendor partners to ensure smooth delivery of services
