Our client is looking for a Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst to support PeopleSoft HCM 9.This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, and includes, but is not limited to: requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing.
Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned.
Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools: Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in computer-related field
