Lead Contract Specialist

We are engaged in the development of next-generation missions and technologies that cater to the future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces.
Our research focuses on enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms, driving innovation at the cutting edge of defense technology.
We are looking for a skilled professional to support our Legal and Compliance team in handling contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless legal operations.
The successful candidate will draft, review, and manage legal documents including NDAs, MoUs, contracts, and vendor/customer agreements, while conducting thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Maintaining organized records, tracking contract lifecycles, and preparing briefs and summaries are essential responsibilities of this role.
A strong understanding of contract management, corporate legal processes, and MS Office is crucial for success in this position.
Familiarity with defense/aerospace regulations, compliance, or government contracting is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (LLB preferred, diploma in paralegal studies acceptable).
- ~5–8 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Associate, or in a corporate legal team.
