Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of outsourced products.
Main Responsibilities:
- To take decisions on L1 vendors for placement of purchase orders.
- To discuss and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely preparation of POs, FIM movements, and departmental activity process control.
- To ensure quality with FTR initiatives and delivery of outsourced products.
- New vendor development for pressure parts, non-pressure parts, and attachment manufacturing.
- Development of outsource processes for pressure parts manufacturing from vendors.
- Expediting and troubleshooting issues.
- Driving Kaizen and 5S culture among team members and at vendor locations.
- FIM accounting and reconciliation for outsourced items.
- Coordination with internal departments such as QA/QC, F&A, Planning, PMG, Engineering, Production, Store, Logistics, SCM, Inventory Control, etc.
- Digital initiatives for process improvements.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
