This is a key role within the organization where you will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Point of Contact: You will be the main point of contact for customers, starting from reviewing purchase orders through to collections.
  • Contract Review and Analysis: You will review contracts to understand commercial and technical aspects to execute projects successfully.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: You will identify potential bottlenecks/risks associated with projects and work with stakeholders to ensure they are executed according to project scope.
  • Project Status Reporting: You will prepare project status reports and share them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Customer Collaboration: You will work closely with customers on document submissions and approvals.
  • Issue Resolution: You will conduct pre-inspection meetings with customers, production, and QC teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Government Agency Liaison: You will work with various government agencies such as DGFT, IBR, and TPIs to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Project Charter Development: You will prepare project charters and work with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  • Contract Strategy Meetings: You will conduct contract strategy meetings to identify and resolve any issues that may impact project success.
  • Contractual Performance Review: You will review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance.
  • Document Submission and Collection: You will be responsible for submitting final documentation and collecting receivables.
