Are you looking for a challenging role that will utilize your skills in contract administration and management Our company is seeking a Prime Contract Administrator/Manager to join our team as part of our Minerals and Metals business located in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage early in contract formation to establish post-contract relationships, administration frameworks, and performance requirements.
  • Serve as the single point of contact on all commercial and contractual matters between clients and suppliers.
  • Lead interpretation and application of prime contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage contract change control and ensure full compliance.
  • Monitor and verify technical and commercial conditions throughout contract execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration.
  • 10+ years in prime contract administration/management or commercial management on engineering or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, terminology, strategies, pricing models, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated relationship management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
