Executive Summary/Objectives
Join McKinsol Consulting, a leader in Retail & Fashion IT, in a pivotal role as Managing Partner. With our company in a phase of explosive growth, we are looking for an influential leader to expand our SAP S/4HANA based services, driving significant revenue growth and solidifying our market dominance. This role demands visionary leadership, strategic ingenuity, and a proactive approach to embracing challenges.
Role Description
Strategic Planning: Partner with SAP leadership and sales team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market proposition, revenue and drive continuous improvement.
Product and Service Focus: Nice to have experience in areas such as driving sales primarily in SAP services, supplemented by strategic focus on SAP BTP-powered apps and other offerings.
SAP Pursuits or Programs: SAP Pre-Sales, Solution Delivery and Program Management depending on the experience and skills. Nice to have some experience in consumer industries (particularly fashion and retail) or manufacturing.
Hands-on Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities and maintain unshakable composure in the face of intense market competition.
Pipeline Development: Support sales to nurture the sales pipeline with unwavering foresight and vision, ensuring sustained growth momentum.
Fearless Leadership: Embody traits of resilience, creativity, and continuous learning, commanding an executive presence while remaining grounded and aligned with our esteemed company values.
Preferred Location / Shift
Noida, India and USA shift (preferred) or extened UK shift
Key Requirements
Experience: Significant SAP experience, leadership experience in SAP or related fields, with a proven track record of surpassing business goals.
Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, critical for developing partnerships and team leadership.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to make strategic decisions that align with company goals.
Adaptability: Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to global market engagement.
