• Advisory : discrete and independent advice to corporates, families and institutions on large and small transactions ranging from £25 million to £1 billion in value.

Administration
Our Administration division has £3 billion assets under administration.
We are a full-service outsourced administration platform with global coverage encompassing Fund Services, Corporate Services and Legal Advertising and Public Notice services.

Role Profile: Senior Manager – Client Reporting
We are looking for a Senior Manager to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
Reporting to the Vice President, the Senior Manager will have responsibility for the following key areas:
Role description and responsibility overview
• Reviewing month end management accounts.
• Board & Management meeting attendance.
• Budgets – delivery
• Client – communicating with the clients to obtain information and approval
• VAT Returns – review and file returns
• Corporation Tax – review and file
• Audit –dealing with audit queries.
• Overseeing the work prepared by Trainee or Process Associates
• Ad-hoc client project delivery
• Interviewing junior candidates
• Training the junior members of the team
• Supporting the Vice President
IT Systems requirements
• Xero, Sage, QuickBooks
Candidate profile
• MBA/Business graduate with 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance
• CA/ACCA qualified
• More than 8 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Communicates clearly and concisely
• Focused on internal and external client needs
• Calm and focused under pressure
• Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency
• Works with the utmost integrity, does the right thing
• Structured thinker, anticipates and solves problems
• Builds positive working relationships with energy
