EbizON is looking for an Associate Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage timely delivery of digital marketing projects.
- Consistently deliver proactive communication with clients. When client issues arise, address or expeditiously escalate and resolve the issue.
- Manages and prioritizes daily tasks, activities, and processes of the team to maintain SLAs.
- Initiate and lead kick-off, weekly, and monthly calls with the client and prepare & present weekly/monthly reports.
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
- Ensure that an accurate and up-to-date record is maintained regarding the status of all projects being worked on
- Demonstrate leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality
- Instill confidence with the client and serves as a primary public face of EbizON’s high-quality service delivery offering

**Preferred Qualifications/ Requirements**
- 0-2 years of overall work experience
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer success management practices
