Denave | Sales Excellence Manager | noida

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to the business planning rhythm including preparation and participation in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual review-of-the-Business (RoB) activities
- Drive consistency and excellence for sales team - including account planning roles and responsibilities
- Provide data insights to the client and stakeholders , regular reports and dashboards to senior management on sales performance and KPIs.
- Work with sales leaders to develop sales segmentation plans account plans that ensures focused targeted pipeline growth action plans
- Manage the forecast, segmentation, budget cascade and sales quota assignment process
- Drives pipeline standards and hygiene
- Orchestrates and manages all internal sales reporting and rhythm of the business workstreams
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate and optimize existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with Client and stakeholders
What we expect from You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, data analytics with a focus on sales excellence strategy, or operations.
- Experience in sales operations management, including responsibility for forecasting, reporting and sales tool and process improvements in a Global sales environment
- Should have prior experience in Client Engagements/account management
- Leadership skills, particularly as they relate to managing the clients and strategic issues • Proven track record of driving sales performance, client management.
- Strong sales analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
