Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Magicians Of Wellness India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant to Ms Pooja Bedi will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, organizing diaries, and utilizing skills to support daily operations.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling:

   - Coordinate workshops, webinars, and podcast recordings.

   - Manage personal and professional calendars.

2. Communication:

   - Respond to emails, messages, and comments on social media.

   - Prepare and send newsletters, updates, and promotional materials.

3. Content Management:

   - Assist with research, outlining, and editing content for podcasts, webinars, and workshops.

   - Upload and manage content on various platforms (website, social media, podcast hosts).

4. Client Management:

   - Coordinate client sessions, bookings, and payments.

   - Ensure client confidentiality and data protection.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

   - Assist with social media management, posting, and engagement.

   - Help with promotional materials, graphics, and video editing.

6. Business Operations:

   - Manage invoices, expenses, and basic book keeping.

   - Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners.

4. Basic design and video editing skills.

 

Software and Tool Proficiency:

1. Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar).

4. Webinar software (Zoom, Webex, etc.).

5. Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.).

6. Project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
