Your ability to analyze project requirements, research potential opportunities, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this position. The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process. Tender Management: Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through various channels (online portals, client inquiries, etc.). Review and analyze tender documents to ensure understanding of project requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information. Prepare high-quality, comprehensive tender documents and proposals. Maintain a database of upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities. Process Management: Work closely with various teams within the organization, including Sales, Project Management, and Finance, to gather necessary information for proposal submissions. Quality Assurance: Maintain a library of approved content for future tender submissions. Generate reports on business activities and results for management. Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in tendering, proposal preparation, or a similar role within the consulting industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
