Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales team members to augment our fast growing team with 2 - 7 years of proven expertise in selling Technology services to North American market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Plan Execution:
Meet and exceed assigned weekly/monthly sales targets
Foster strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.
Ability to think laterally and not depend on a single approach to connect with prospective clients.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital sales and AI technologies.
Qualifications
Experience:
2 - 7 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on North American market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2 B environment.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
