Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Pune

Tru Performance (BPO) offers multi-channel customer engagement and management solutions for Business Process Outsourcing, Legal Process Outsourcing, and Revenue Cycle Management.

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Tru Performance, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop relationships with prospects through ongoing communication to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Directors.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all prospecting activities and pipeline progression.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, activities, and results to executive team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role in a B2B environment. Preferably at a IT Service or BPO company.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT/ ITES or BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with customer services, contact center industry
