Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  Real Estate Sales Manager  to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, providing guidance to sales agents, and developing strategies to maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve sales performance.
Create a positive and competitive sales environment that encourages team success.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and achievement within the sales team.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Work with marketing and business development teams to generate leads, create sales materials, and implement promotional campaigns.
Monitor the performance of sales agents, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
Client Relationship Management :
Oversee high-value negotiations, client meetings, and property viewings.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the buying/selling process.
Resolve complex or escalated client issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales Operations and Reporting :
Manage the sales pipeline, ensure accurate reporting on leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
Analyze sales data and performance reports to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular sales reports to upper management and recommend strategies to drive business growth.
Market Analysis and Business Development :
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including brokers, investors, developers, and financial institutions.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and real estate conferences to expand the company's network and reach.
Compliance and Documentation :
Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee the preparation and completion of contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a  Real Estate Sales Manager  or in a similar sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuations, and sales strategies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience managing a team of real estate agents in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for real estate (e.g., SEO, social media advertising).
Knowledge of property management and real estate investment strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
