Real Estate Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Goal Setting: Set and track sales goals, targets, and performance metrics.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and guidance to sales agents.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analytics.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Real Estate sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in project management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
- Proficiency in real estate management software, like Buildium and AppFolio. Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates. In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to resolve resident and tenant complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors. Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
