Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in New Delhi at Cloudologic.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales process, negotiating contracts, and providing market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Building, and Contract Negotiation skills.
- Sales Team Management and Leadership abilities.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting skills.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the IT or Cloud Computing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales goals and quotas for individual team members. Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and share best practices. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Proactively identify and address client needs. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data. Develop and maintain sales presentations and proposals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Market Analysis & Feedback: Gather market intelligence and provide insights to the management team. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes. Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
- Team Development & Training: Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Encourage professional development and growth within the sales team.
