Sales Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, research potential clients, and develop strategies to attract companies seeking IT development services and IT human resources from India.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Sales Strategies and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, promotional campaigns, and sales targets, to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor proposals that align with their needs and objectives.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the company&aposs value proposition and negotiate contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with other departments, such as the IT development team and HR, to align sales efforts with service delivery and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, forecast future sales, and analyse key metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Candidate Profile
- 1. Strong proficiency in English language

- Strong understanding of the IT development and IT human resources industry, including trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with remote work and hiring practices for remote developers, especially from India, would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent sales negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and managing the sales pipeline.
