Purpose of the J ob The Manager Project, will be responsible for End to End Project Management of New Store Rollout , Renovations and MBOs for all BIBA brand stores across India, also ensuring Vendor Development, Budgeting, Quality and Timelines adherence and partner closely with MIS Management tea m. Key Result Areas for the Incum bent Process Responsibil ities Responsible for Market Trends Awareness and Res earch Ensuring New Store ro llout Ensuring Layout creation for all Biba brand stores Pan I ndia. Preparing Budgets and Vendor estimates coordin ation Partner with Accounts team for FA card creation process. Partner closely with Accounts department, for Purchase Order issuance to vendors- Civil, Furniture, HVAC, Tiles, Lights, Music, Sensormatic, CCTV, AV- Video walls etc. as per the standard rates approved by manage ment. Manage Purchase Order, Advance payments, inspection of new sites, compliance agreements and invoicing of all ve ndors People Management Responsibi lities Develop and maintain relationships with Vendors and Lan dlords Analyze vendor capabilities and maintain matrix Manage and coordinate with vendor for onsite queries, payment status and Snag rectification coordi nation Negotiate Payments with V endors Vendor Management Skills Financial Responsib il ities NA Key Behavioral competencies required to perform t his role Essential Conflict management & ne gotiation Problem solving / analytic al skills People Management & De velopment Desirable Attention to details Raising Productivity / Planning Organizing, Resul ts focused Key Technical competencies required to perfor m this ro le Essential Architect with Retail Rollout Experience Project Manage ment Skills Vendor Manageme nt Desirable Civil Engineer with Retail rollout experience Proactive management of potential issues and drive to resolution Key Performanc e Indicators Turn Around Ti me Management Timely Handover of stores to Op erations team The candidate would have to interact and manage the followin g stakeholders Partner closely with Landlords, mall leasing heads, Facility Managers, Franchisee s, and Brokers Partner closely with Vendors Civil, Furniture, Tiles, Lights, Music, Sensormatic, CCTV, AV etc. In order to be considered for the role the ideal candida te should have: Knowledge of creating proposal/Impressions in Auto CAD, Store construction and Interiors costing, Furniture detailing and fabri cation, signage Experience or Knowledge within th e same industry
