The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven P&L Head for our Pilates vertical who will own end-to-end business performance and expansion. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires a blend of operational expertise, business acumen, and a passion for fitness. You will be responsible for scaling the Pilates business, ensuring profitability, and delivering seamless execution across cities.Key Responsibilities:Own the P&L for the Pilates vertical — drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitabilityLead and execute the expansion strategy across multiple locationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, and Central TeamsIdentify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer demand, and competitive landscapeSet up and streamline operational processes for new and existing centersDrive excellence in customer experience and studio performanceRecruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing teamTrack key business metrics, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisionsWhat We're Looking For:6+ years of experience in brick-and-mortar businesses (e.g., fitness chains, retail, F&B, healthcare, wellness)Proven track record of owning and delivering on P&L objectivesStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilitiesExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsDeep passion for fitness and wellness — ideally a personal interest or background in Pilates, fitness, or sportsWillingness to travel or relocate as neededWhy Join Us:Be part of a high-impact, fast-growing fitness brandDrive innovation in one of the most premium verticals at Cult.fitWork with passionate teams and build something that positively transforms livesCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
